Position Description and Goals:

E) Your dedication lies in creating unique and unforgettable experiences, going above and beyond to ensure each guest feels truly special.
F) Take the helm of front desk administrative duties, overseeing tasks such as check-in, check-out, upgrade programs, and liaising with housekeeping and maintenance.
G) Drive towards achieving sales and guest recognition program goals, embodying our commitment to excellence at every turn.
Requirements:
ā¢ A minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles within luxury hospitality settings.
ā¢ Proactive and dynamic, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
ā¢ Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
ā¢ Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
ā¢ Full availability and flexibility regarding work schedule, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
ā¢ Preference will be given to candidates based in the Milan metropolitan area.
ā¢ Experience operating Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Protel or Opera is necessary.
